The following points should be paid attention to when using pneumatic diaphragm pump operation:

 

ensure that the maximum particles contained in the fluid do not exceed the maximum safe pump through the particle diameter standard.

Tighten the pump and the joint of the connecting pipe to prevent the electrostatic spark caused by the vibration of the pump.

Use an antistatic hose.

To periodically check and test the reliability of the grounding system, ensure that the grounding resistance is less than 100 ohms.

Maintain good exhaust and ventilation, away from flammable, explosive and heat sources.

The intake pressure should not exceed the maximum allowable pump pressure.
